This high specification, architect designed, four bedroom, split level home required over 200 eight wheeler lorry loads of excavated material to be removed and a substantial piled retaining wall along two boundaries to enable the home to be built low enough into the hillside to comply with planning requirements.

The high tech specification included over 200 lights, high efficiency boiler, megaflow hot water system, broadband cabling and a high tech plastic coated metal roofing system to imitate lead and enable a low pitch.
