Our development projects range from a pair of semi-detached houses to a block of 18 flats for the over 55s with difficult sites being the norm.

Our 18 flats at North Cheam involved a site which was accessed via a three metre wide alley which meant that all materials had to be offloaded onto small tipper trucks or craned over the adjacent supermarket's wall.

Our project at New Malden, involved the construction of a pair of semi-detached houses which covered almost the entire footprint of the site, giving issues with scaffolding, storage and deliveries.

Although we can cost your project in the traditional manner, our open book tendering method where all costs are transparent and guaranteed really comes into its own on development projects.

We carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance and can provide insurance backed guarantees for our work where required.
