Holmesdale Road

This project was the very complicated build of a large basement next to the existing Victorian building, with a combination of single and two storey extensions above the basement, together with the refurbishment of the existing house and an attic conversion, creating 7000 square feet of contemporary accommodation.

The top specification of this project included solar hot water heating, underfloor heating throughout, a Smallbone kitchen, oversized aluminium windows and a centralised Lutron lighting system enabling lights to be switched from any position in the house and mood settings to be programmed in. The new basement contained a home cinema with comprehensive audio/visual system, sauna, wine cellar, games room and storage room.
